Past two+ years have seen me shift my focus from telling stories through visual storytelling to helping brands grow their digital presence, I have again had the honour of working with brands with a mission to improve their presence and sales. Even though tools have changed, my passion for creating value for other people has not.

After creating & managing a lot of Video Content, I started to dabble into helping companies get that content in-front of greater number of people (Through Facebook & Youtube Video Ads), running them gave insight into optimising first the content and later the overall user experience of the websites I was promoting. Then came Rising ROAS and Unique Thumb-stopping experiences.
I have not stopped since. I have worked for and with brands who have been covered in the most celebrated newspapers, magazines and awards. I have always had the pleasure of working with great people, but the past 2-3 years have shown me tremendous power of mission driven brands and their culture.
With this also came an understanding that in this day and age, almost anybody could run good quality ads, with more and more consolidation from Facebook's and Google's Algorithms & Machine Learning. You need more than just someone who knows how to run ads, you need someone who understands things like CRO, Creative Testing, Frequency Balancing & one of the most important thing-managing cost. Someone who understands LTV>CAC and prove it by their actions.
Unfortunately, these are rare people. Someone who has only run ads all their life will not know this and hence, they will not make the dent your brand wants to make. So, my only advice would be, once you find someone who knows this, keep them.
